This policy explains our production timelines, shipping process, and what you can expect from the moment you place your order to the moment your luxury item arrives at your door.

This policy applies to all orders placed at aifer.uk. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and Made-to-Order Policy.

1. The Aifer Production Timeline

Because every Aifer piece is made to order following our collection drops, your item is not sitting on a shelf waiting to be shipped. It is crafted especially for you.

Once our order window closes, we begin production with our trusted manufacturing partners. We take great care to ensure every detail meets our luxury standards before your item is carefully packaged and dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframe

We know you are excited to receive your Aifer piece, and we appreciate your patience while we create something special just for you.

Stage Estimated Timeframe
Production & Quality Control Approximately 4–6 weeks from the closure of the order window. During this time, your item is being crafted, finished, and inspected to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
Shipping to Us Once production is complete, your order is shipped to us. This is included in the 4–6 week production estimate above.
Dispatch to You Within 1–2 business days of us receiving your order from our production partners.
Delivery to You Dependent on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout (see Section 4 below).

Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 4–7 weeks, depending on your location and shipping method.

3. Order Tracking & Updates

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way.

  • Production Updates: While your item is in production, you will not receive daily tracking, but please rest assured that we are overseeing every stage of the process. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you immediately at the email address associated with your order.

  • Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order arrives to us and is dispatched to you, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

4. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout. All orders are shipped from our facility in the United Kingdom.

  • Production Delays: While we strive to meet the 4–6 week production estimate, exceptional circumstances (such as material availability or high demand) may occasionally cause slight delays. If this happens, we will communicate with you promptly and transparently.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Aifer cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • Pre-Order Windows: This policy applies specifically to pre-order drops. If we ever launch ready-to-ship items, they will be clearly marked as such, and dispatch times will be adjusted accordingly.
