1. Made-to-Order Production

All items sold on this website are made to order. This means that once you place your order during a drop window, we begin the process of crafting your specific piece. This production model allows us to maintain the highest quality standards and minimise waste, ensuring your luxury item is as special as you are.

2. Size Guide & Fit

As we are unable to accept returns for change of mind (including size-related issues) once production begins, we strongly encourage you to review our detailed size guide carefully before purchasing.

  • Measurements: For each garment, we provide specific measurements in centimetres and inches. Please compare these to a similar well-fitting garment you own.

  • Questions? If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us at contact@aifer.uk before placing your order. We are happy to help guide you.


3. Order Cancellation – Our 48-Hour Grace Period

Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), made-to-order goods like ours are typically exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. This means we are not legally required to offer any cancellations or refunds for change of mind.

However, we understand that sometimes you need a moment to be certain. As a gesture of goodwill to our Aifer community, we offer a 48-hour grace period on all new orders.

  • Within 48 hours of placing your order: If you change your mind for any reason, simply email us at contact@aifer.uk with your order number. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund. No questions asked.

  • After 48 hours have passed: Your order will have entered our production queue and crafting will have begun. At this stage, the order is final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for a change of mind. This includes situations where the item does not fit or you decide you no longer want it. The piece has been made especially for you and cannot be resold.

We offer this 48-hour window because we want you to feel completely confident in your choice. After that, we pour all our expertise into creating something beautiful, just for you.


4. Faulty or Incorrect Items (Your Statutory Rights)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are always entitled to a remedy if the goods you receive are:

  • Faulty (e.g., defect in materials or workmanship)

  • Not of satisfactory quality

  • Not as described (e.g., the wrong colour or fabric)

  • Not fit for purpose

What to do if you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us immediately at contact@aifer.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

  2. We will assess the issue promptly.

  3. Remedy: Due to the made-to-order nature of our business, we do not hold spare stock for exchanges.

    • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will provide a full refund (including the original shipping costs) upon the safe return of the item.

    • We may also, at our discretion, offer you a discount code for a future purchase as a gesture of goodwill, but you are always entitled to a full refund as your primary legal remedy.
